Grappling is a full-contact combat sport where the fight has been taken to the ground. You will learn correct techniques for kicks and punches as well as proper defense techniques and in addition you will be introduced to the clinch distance.

Each training session is 90 minutes long and begins with a general warm-up led by the coach. Most of the training time is used to learn and practice new skills as well as tying these skills with previously taught techniques. Training sessions include a lot of drills and sparring and are quite active.
